The Largest Modernisation of Total Defence Since the 1950s

Defence Minister Pål Jonson has announced a significant increase in the defence budget for 2024, with a total increase of 27 billion kronor compared to 2023. This includes investments in personnel recruitment and equipment procurement to strengthen Sweden's defence.
